Method

Making the Creamy Garlic Butter

  1. Mince 4 cloves of Garlic
  2. Measure out butter, cream and stock

Cooking the Chicken Thighs

  1. Pat Chicken Thighs dry with paper towel, season generously with salt and pepper
  2. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat
  3. Place the Chicken skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown or crispy
  4. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes, remove chicken and set aside
  5. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium, add butter and let it melt
  6. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds)
  7. Pour in Chicken Stock - return the Chicken Thighs to pan
  8. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes, allowing flavours to envelop
  9. Stir in Cream and mix well to create a creamy butter sauce
  10. Simmer for another 5 minutes - or until sauce thickens
  11. Garnish with Parsley or Thyme before serving
  12. Best to serve with mashed potatoes, rice or bread
