What sausages and bacon can I order online?
Our sausage range includes Irish pork sausages, thick and thin beef sausages, Moroccan lamb and raisin, lamb and rosemary, and chicken, rocket and feta sausages, plus bacon rashers. Sausages are sold in 500g packs.
The Dublin Butcher is a master butcher from Dublin, so the Irish pork sausage is the one to try if you are new to us.
Which sausage should I try?
Irish pork sausages
A classic breakfast sausage. Cook gently so the skins don't split.
Thick beef sausages
Made for the barbecue. Turn them often over medium heat.
Thin beef sausages
Quick to cook and good for kids, hot dogs and brekkie.
Moroccan lamb and raisin
Spiced lamb with raisins. Grill or pan-fry gently, turning often, until cooked through.
Lamb and rosemary
A herby, everyday lamb sausage for the grill or the pan.
Chicken, rocket and feta
A lighter sausage. Cook through gently until no pink remains.
Bacon rashers
Fry or grill until crisp.

Common questions about sausages & bacon
How do I cook sausages without splitting them?
Use a medium heat rather than a hot one, turn them regularly and cook right through. A hot pan splits the skins before the middle is done.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Belrose, Davidson, Forestville, Killarney Heights, Frenchs Forest, Roseville, Roseville Chase, Artarmon, Chatswood, Castle Cove and Willoughby on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 12pm to 4pm. Free local delivery on orders of $75 or more. You pick your delivery window at checkout. Outside those suburbs? Order online and collect in store.
How does Click & Collect work?
Order online and your Click & Collect order is ready in about 20 minutes, Monday to Friday, at Shop 23, The Centre, Forestville NSW 2087. There is no minimum spend. The 20-minute pick-up isn't available on Saturday or Sunday, but you're always welcome to come in and browse the counter.
