What pork can I order online?

Our everyday pork range includes pork cutlets, loin medallions, yakitori pork medallions, pork belly and USA pork ribs, each in a fixed pack so you know the price before you order.

Belly and ribs reward a slow cook; cutlets and medallions are quick weeknight cuts.

Which pork cut should I choose?

  • Pork cutlet

Quick to cook. Keep an eye on it so it stays juicy.

  • Loin medallion

A lean, tender round. Pan-fry briefly and serve with a sauce.

  • Yakitori pork medallion

A yakitori-style cut that's ready to cook, so dinner is simple.

  • Pork belly

Roast it for crackling, or cook slowly and cut into bites. See the recipes below.

  • USA pork ribs

Cook low and slow until tender, then glaze. Sold as a minimum 600g pack.

Cooking times are a guide and vary with thickness and your oven. Not sure what to pick? Ask at the counter.

Common questions about pork

How do I get crackling on pork belly?
